I put a review on here not too long ago, however I have now been taking Daye Proviotics since October 2022. Before finding these gems, I was suffering from recurrent thrush literally nearly every month after my period. Since taking these I haven’t had one thrush flare up & I honestly believe they have cured all my problems. I feel so much happier and healthier now!

How do you store ProViotics?
Store in a cool dry place. ProViotics are freeze-dried, so you don’t have to refrigerate them.
What packaging does ProViotics come in?
Daye's ProViotic tin is made of endlessly recyclable aluminium. The refill pouch is fully compostable (even though it may look like plastic!) and is safe for both home and industrial composting.
How often should you take then and when?
Daye recommend taking Daye ProViotics once daily as a supplement with food.
Do they have side effects?
Not really! Lactobacilli have a long and safe history of use in humans. As they are vegan and allergen-free it’s unlikely that you will have a negative reaction.

What makes them different to other ProViotics or Probiotics?
Daye ProViotics contain bacteria grown in organic carrot juice, whereas most probiotic products are grown in milk cultures. They’re free from allergens like soy, dairy, nuts and gluten.
The bacteria they use is also freeze-dried, which means it retains its properties for longer, and you don’t have to store it in the fridge. Each tablet contains 2.5 billion live cells of Lactobacillus plantarum GLP3. What's key about Daye ProViotics is that all of their cultures are live, which means they can reach your gut or vagina.
Will Daye ProViotics cure thrush?
While ProVitoics aren't considered medications (hence why they cannot say that they 'cure' thrush), they reveal a strong 99.8% efficacy of Lactobacilli Plantarum against Candida, the fungus linked to yeast infections.
