Consumer E-Commerce Lead

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Consumer E-Commerce Lead to take ownership of our online stores — femme Health and Una at Home — driving performance and helping our growing consumer team run smoothly.

You’ll oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations (Shopify, product listings, content, promotions, and analytics), coordinate team priorities, and make sure projects stay on track. As the senior member of the consumer marketing team, you’ll also step up to lead key decisions and ensure things run seamlessly when the Head of Consumer Sales is unavailable.

What You’ll Do

· Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms to grow sales and improve customer experience

· Coordinate priorities across the marketing team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

· Support product launches and digital campaigns

· Deliver or oversee design work to support marketing activity and maintain brand consistency

· Use performance data to identify opportunities and make recommendations

What We’re Looking For

· 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce or marketing operations (ideally in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness)

· Strong understanding of Shopify and digital sales metrics

· Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Confident managing multiple projects and priorities

· Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
