Period Harmony Monthly Soothers are lightweight warming patches designed for comfortable wear during your period. Their slow-release film technology provides a steady warming sensation for up to 12 hours.
Each patch contains menthol, eucalyptus and Boswellia and is made from a thin, stretchy material that contours to the body. Apply one patch directly to clean, dry skin on the lower abdomen, back or legs, following the instructions on the pack.
Each pack contains 5 patches. The patches are dermatologically tested, heavy-metal tested and vegan.
Important: For adults only. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin, the face, eyes or intimate areas, and do not use more than one patch within 24 hours. Stop use if irritation occurs. The product is intended to provide warming comfort during your period.
Each patch uses film technology to release Menthol, Eucalyptus and Boswellia straight onto your skin, giving up to 8–12 hours of period pain relief. Just peel and stick onto your abdomen or lower back - you'll feel it working within about 15 minutes. Use one patch every 24 hours, and peel off like a plaster when you're done.
