ARTAH Biome Restore is a high-strength gut support formula combining 50 billion CFU of five clinically studied live bacteria strains with Lion’s Mane, Ginger, Green Tea Extract and Boswellia. Designed for times when your digestive system needs more than everyday maintenance, it provides targeted support for microbial balance, digestive comfort and the gut microbiome.

Each delayed-release capsule is designed to help protect the live bacteria as they pass through stomach acid, allowing more of them to reach the intestines. The five-strain blend includes Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei and Bifidobacterium bifidum, alongside 500mg Lion’s Mane, 400mg Ginger Root and 300mg Boswellia. The formula is particularly suited to periods of digestive disruption, including after antibiotics, during travel, dietary changes or periods of stress.

Biome Restore is formulated for adults aged 18+ and is not suitable during pregnancy. If breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition or undergoing fertility treatment, consult your healthcare professional before use. If you have a weakened immune system, seek medical advice before taking probiotic supplements. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.

Per 1 capsule: Proprietary Probiotic Blend 50 Billion CFU containing Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02, Lactobacillus paracasei LPC00 and Bifidobacterium bifidum BB01; Lion’s Mane 500mg; Ginger Root Extract 400mg (standardised to 5% gingerols); Green Tea Extract 200mg (standardised to 185mg polyphenols and 90mg EGCG); Boswellia serrata 300mg (standardised to 65% boswellic acids).

Also contains Stoneground Brown Rice Flour, Bamboo Silica Extract and Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

How it works

Take 1 capsule daily with food.

For gut support following a short illness or course of antibiotics, ARTAH suggests using Biome Restore for approximately 1 month. For ongoing digestive imbalance, it suggests consistent use for 3–6 months before moving to a daily maintenance probiotic if appropriate.

If taking antibiotics, ARTAH recommends leaving approximately 2 hours between the antibiotic and Biome Restore, unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store below 25°C in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.

For some women, that journey may eventually include IVF. What is IVF? IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected from the ovaries, fertilised with sperm in a laboratory, and then transferred back into the uterus as an embryo. People pursue IVF for many different reasons, including ovulation disorders, blocked fallopian tubes, male-factor infertility, unexplained infertility, age-related fertility challenges, and family building for LGBTQ+ couples and single parents by choice. Even though IVF has become increasingly common, it can still feel overwhelming when you're experiencing it for the first time. Between appointments, medication schedules, and unfamiliar terminology, there can be a lot to process emotionally and physically. If you're considering IVF or are already preparing to start treatment, here's what a typical IVF timeline might look like. The IVF Timeline: What to Expect Week by Week Weeks 1–2: Initial Consultation and Testing The IVF timeline usually begins with a series of tests and consultations. Your clinic may arrange: Blood tests and hormone panels Ultrasound scans Ovarian reserve testing Semen analysis (where applicable) This stage is all about understanding your individual fertility picture and creating a treatment plan tailored to you. Weeks 2–6: Priming Phase (If Required) Some treatment protocols include a priming phase using birth control or other medications.
