KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil is a high-strength, multipurpose oil made from 100% organic Nigella sativa seeds. The seeds are first cold-pressed without heat or chemical solvents, helping preserve their naturally occurring compounds and producing a pure, virgin and unrefined oil that can be taken internally or applied directly to the skin and hair.
What sets this oil apart is its naturally high 1.3–2% thymoquinone content. Thymoquinone is one of the principal bioactive compounds found in black seed and has been extensively researched for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Each 5ml serving also provides approximately 2,750mg linoleic acid (Omega 6) and 1,000mg oleic acid (Omega 9). How it works
Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily on its own or mix with water, another cold drink, smoothies, dips or salad dressings.
For topical use, massage a small amount directly into dry skin or work into the hair or scalp as required. As this is a cold-pressed oil, do not heat it.
