Find Calm in the Chaos is a digital fertility wellbeing pack created with Karen from Lilyama Coaching to provide practical emotional support through the uncertainty of trying to conceive, pregnancy and beyond. The lifetime-access portal brings together guided reflection, meditation and coaching exercises designed to give you a calmer, more structured space to process difficult thoughts and emotions.
Inside you'll find a 7-day journal, practical guide and workbook, guided meditation and three supportive videos, giving you different tools to turn to depending on what you need that day. The journal-based exercises sit naturally alongside other wellness and planning tools. Karen is a Fertility, Pregnancy & Postnatal Coach as well as an EFT, Hypnosis and NLP Practitioner, drawing on both professional training and her own experience of infertility.
The pack is designed as a self-paced wellbeing resource, so you can revisit the exercises, journal prompts, meditation and videos whenever you need them. It is intended to complement rather than replace professional mental-health support or medical support. If fertility treatment or its emotional impact is becoming difficult to manage, speak with your fertility clinic, GP or an appropriate mental-health professional.
