Why you need it:

  • The survival of ProViotics through acidic environments ensures that you receive live probiotics, maximising their potential benefits.
  • Similar to the gut, the vagina harbours billions of bacteria, forming the vaginal microbiome. Introduce 2.5 billion Lactobacilli, contributing to the natural balance of the vaginal microbiome.
  • A well-maintained vaginal microbiome, rich in good bacteria, lowers the risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and pelvic inflammatory disease.

Why we love it:

  • We love ProViotics for their unique ability to deliver live probiotics ensuring that users receive the full range of health benefits.
  • Daye's ProViotics contain only Latobacillus plantarum GLP3 grown in organic carrot juice and contains no preservatives.
  • ProViotics contribute to the normal microflora of your vagina by introducing Lactobacilli, know as the “good bacteria”. Studies show that a microbiome, rich in Lactobacilli is linked to a decreased risk of gynaecological cancers, miscarriage, and preterm birth.

What's inside (and why):

  • ProViotics are specialised probiotics designed to survive in acidic conditions, ensuring their viability in both the gut and vaginal environments.
  • Proviotics introduce 2.5 billion Lactobacilli, contributing to the natural balance of the vaginal microbiome for overall well-being.
  • A healthy microbiome, rich in Lactobacilli, plays a crucial role in preventing recurrent vaginal infections, such as thrush and BV.

The ProVioticss really do change your life!

I put a review on here not too long ago, however I have now been taking Daye Proviotics since October 2022. Before finding these gems, I was suffering from recurrent thrush literally nearly every month after my period. Since taking these I haven’t had one thrush flare up & I honestly believe they have cured all my problems. I feel so much happier and healthier now!
They are worth every penny, especially as you know you are getting high quality ingredients. Please don’t ever stop making these!! For anyone needing an answer to their vaginal microbiome issues, I highly recommend these. They have changed my life and I’m so grateful I found them! I love everything this company stands for and they are true advocates for women’s health!! 💕💕

Frequently asked

How do you store ProViotics?

Store in a cool dry place. ProViotics are freeze-dried, so you don’t have to refrigerate them.

What packaging does ProViotics come in?

Daye's ProViotic tin is made of endlessly recyclable aluminium. The refill pouch is fully compostable (even though it may look like plastic!) and is safe for both home and industrial composting.

How often should you take then and when?

Daye recommend taking Daye ProViotics once daily as a supplement with food.

Do they have side effects?

Not really! Lactobacilli have a long and safe history of use in humans. As they are vegan and allergen-free it’s unlikely that you will have a negative reaction.

Are Daye's ProViotics safe to take when pregnant, breastfeeding or TTC?

Yes, Daye ProViotics are safe to use when pregnant, breastfeeding or TTC. Research suggests that Lactobacilli-containing probiotics have potential for maternal and neo-natal well-being. Following studies show this:

What makes them different to other ProViotics or Probiotics?

Daye ProViotics contain bacteria grown in organic carrot juice, whereas most probiotic products are grown in milk cultures. They’re free from allergens like soy, dairy, nuts and gluten.
The bacteria they use is also freeze-dried, which means it retains its properties for longer, and you don’t have to store it in the fridge. Each tablet contains 2.5 billion live cells of Lactobacillus plantarum GLP3. What's key about Daye ProViotics is that all of their cultures are live, which means they can reach your gut or vagina.

Will Daye ProViotics cure thrush?

While ProVitoics aren't considered medications (hence why they cannot say that they 'cure' thrush), they reveal a strong 99.8% efficacy of Lactobacilli Plantarum against Candida, the fungus linked to yeast infections. Daye ProViotics can support the diversity of your vaginal microbiome, which in turn can offer potential support against infections like thrush and BV.

What does it matter that Daye's ProViotics are freeze-dried?

The bacteria Daye use is freeze-dried, which means it retains its properties for longer, and you don’t have to store it in the fridge.

Does the good bacteria only help your vaginal microbiome, or your gut too?

Great question. The answer is both! Daye already know how important the gut is for overall health, but researchers are starting to unveil how the gut plays a role in vaginal health as well. Check out these following studies:
