Description

Vitall Female Fertility Hormone Home Test Kit measures five reproductive hormones: follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinising hormone (LH), oestradiol (estradiol), progesterone and prolactin.

A finger-prick blood sample is collected at home and analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory. For the most useful comparison, Vitall recommends collecting the sample on day three of the menstrual cycle, with day one being the first day of the period.

The results provide individual measurements for the hormones included in the panel. They can be used as objective information when discussing reproductive health with a GP, fertility specialist or other healthcare professional. The test does not measure every factor involved in fertility and cannot confirm or rule out infertility on its own.

When should I take the test?

Where is my sample tested?

Samples are analysed in a medically led, UKAS-accredited laboratory using professional laboratory testing equipment.

What will my results show?

Your digital report displays your individual biomarker results alongside reference ranges, making it easier to see which results are within the expected range and which may warrant further attention. Each marker also includes information explaining its role and what higher or lower levels may mean.

Can this test tell me if I am fertile?

No. A hormone blood test cannot confirm or rule out fertility problems on its own. Your results provide information about important reproductive hormones and may highlight abnormalities that are worth discussing with a healthcare professional.
