HIFAS Menopause Capsules are a daily food supplement containing Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps extracts, KSM-66® ashwagandha, green tea extract, five probiotic strains, vitamins A, B6 and D, and zinc.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, while zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Each pack contains 60 capsules. Follow the serving instructions on the pack and do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Per 2 capsules: Organic Lion’s Mane fruiting body powder (Hericium erinaceus, Herimax®) 280mg, Cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract (Cordyzumib®) 240mg, Organic Reishi fruiting body extract (Ganoderma lucidum, Ganozumib®) 100mg, Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 100mg, Green Tea Leaf Dry Extract (Camellia sinensis) 100mg providing 55mg EGCG and 2mg caffeine.

Probiotic blend: Bifidobacterium lactis 4 × 10⁸ CFU, Lactobacillus plantarum 4 × 10⁸ CFU, Bifidobacterium infantis 4 × 10⁸ CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus 4 × 10⁸ CFU and Bifidobacterium longum 4 × 10⁸ CFU.

Also contains Zinc 1.5mg (15% NRV), Vitamin B6 0.22mg (15% NRV), Vitamin A 120µg (15% NRV) and Vitamin D 0.75µg (15% NRV).

Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten-free, GMO-free and allergen-free according to the manufacturer's stated specifications.

How it works

Take 2 capsules daily with meals.
