Yummygums Hair contains a lot of biotin, is this not dangerous?
No, it is not dangerous if you stick to the recommended daily dose of two gummies. Vitamins can be divided into water-solouble and fat-soluble vitamins. If there is a surplus, water-soluble vitamins are not absorbed, so you pee them out again. Biotin (vitamin B8) is one of the water-soluble vitamins, so, no upper limit has been set for Biotin by the authorities.
I am pregnant. Can I take Yummygums Hair?
Midwives, dieticians and other health experts often recommend that you take little or no extra vitamin A during pregnancy. This is one of the reasons why Yummygums have not included vitamin A in their Hair recipe. In principle, you can take Yummygums Hair safely during pregnancy. Nevertheless, they always recommend that you contact a doctor if you have any doubts or if you are also combining it with other supplements. This also applies for breastfeeding.
Can I take Yummygums Hair if I have a medical condition?
