KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Concentrate provides 14mg of iron per daily serving, equivalent to 100% of the stated adult reference intake. Its simple liquid formula combines ferrous sulphate with de-ionised water, creating an easy alternative to conventional tablets or capsules that can be mixed into water, juice or another drink.
Iron plays several important roles in everyday health. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports normal cognitive and immune function, and is essential for the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. How it works
Shake well before use. Adults and children aged 4+ should take 30 drops (2 dropper squeezes / 2ml) daily mixed into approximately 250ml of water or juice.
The concentrate can be added to hot or cold drinks and taken with or without food at any time of day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
