How it works

Insert your Tempdrop sensor into the fabric pocket with the button facing the mesh. Adjust the band to fit firmly but comfortably around your upper arm, positioning the sensor high on the inner arm just below the armpit, with the tip pointing towards your elbow.

Once you have found the correct fit, leave the band adjusted and slide it on and off each day. Check the fit periodically, as the fabric can stretch slightly with regular use.

Returns

Tempdrop is classified as a medical device and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Please check sizing carefully before placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
