Say Hello to Our Brand Personalities

We’ve got something new to share!

Here at Femme, we’re always looking for ways to make conversations around women’s health feel more open, relatable, and grounded in real life. We know that behind every routine and every milestone, there’s a story and often, those stories go untold.

That’s why we’ve created our very own brand characters.

They’re not just faces or names they represent different experiences, different stages of life, and the day-to-day realities that so many women navigate. From balancing responsibilities to prioritising wellbeing, each character reflects a version of something familiar — something real.

By bringing these characters to life, we hope to make space for more honest conversations, more understanding, and a stronger sense of connection within our community.

Let’s meet them shall we

Mae

Mae is the one who brings energy, confidence, and honesty into every space she enters. She rarely shies away from the spotlight. More importantly, she uses her voice in a way that uplifts and informs those around her.

She’s expressive, social, and always in the know. Whether she’s sending you a TikTok that perfectly sums up your mood or recommending products that genuinely make a difference, Mae brings a sense of openness that makes conversations feel easy, even when they’re about things that are often overlooked or avoided.

When it comes to period wellness, Mae is always one step ahead and if your in pain she’s always got something up her sleeve aka Period Harmony Monthly Patches.

She’s passionate about sharing what works, encouraging others to take their health seriously, and normalising the kinds of conversations that haven’t always been spoken about openly. She is also the friend who will check in on you in the most unexpected ways — reminding you to book a smear test, nudging you to stay on top of your health, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Mae represents confidence, care, and the power of speaking up — not just for yourself, but for others too.

Faye

Faye is the organiser. She is the one who keeps everything moving, often without anyone even noticing how much she’s holding together.

She tracks her social life almost as carefully as she tracks her cycle, balancing plans, responsibilities, and the people she cares about with quiet precision.

Especially using a little help from the Know Your Flow: 12-week cycle syncing planner – we can't handle it all in our heads, pen to paper always takes a load off in Faye’s book.

There’s a sense of thoughtfulness in everything she does. She’s the one making sure everyone’s okay, remembering the little things, and keeping life running smoothly.

At the same time, Faye carries her own hopes for the future. She dreams of starting her own little family, and as she navigates her fertility journey, she does so with resilience and up most patience. Even in moments that feel uncertain or overwhelming, she continues to show up — not just for herself, but for the people who make her life meaningful.

Faye represents that balance so many women try to maintain, planning for the future while continuing to live fully in the present.

Fern

Fern is the gentle reminder that not everything has to happen at full speed.

She believes in slowing down, taking a breath, and finding moments of calm — even if she’s still learning how to fully practise what she encourages others to do. Life, for Fern, has been far from slow-paced.

As she moves through perimenopause, she’s coming to terms with the fact that these changes don’t arrive when life becomes easier or quieter — they simply arrive when they do. Life continues, and for her that means supporting her children, caring for her ageing parents, and managing everything in between.

It’s a lot to carry, and like many others, she’s learning that self-care isn’t always something that comes naturally or easily. But step by step, Fern is beginning to make space for herself therefore carving out small moments in her routine to rest and reconnect with her own needs.

One step being, the KIKI Health Menopause Capsules for natural daily support during perimenopause and menopause transitions, to reduce hot flushes, enhance her mood and improve sleep.

She represents the reality that slowing down isn’t always simple — but it’s always important.

More than just characters

Together, Faye, Fern, and Mae reflect the different stages, priorities, and experiences that shape everyday life.

They highlight the balance between planning and uncertainty, the importance of rest alongside responsibility, and the value of open, honest conversations about health and wellbeing.

These are the moments that don’t always get talked about enough — the in-between phases, the ongoing journeys, and the quiet realities that so many people share.

By bringing these characters into our content, we hope to create something that feels more human and more reflective of real life. Something that allows people to see themselves, feel understood, and feel supported — no matter what stage they’re in.

You’ll start to see Mae, Faye and Fern appearing across our socials and website, each bringing their own perspective, voice, and energy to the way we tell stories and share experiences.

We can’t wait for you to get to know them!
