HIFAS Equilibrium is a daily food supplement containing concentrated extracts of Reishi, Cordyceps and organic Lion’s Mane, together with vitamin C from acerola.
Directions: Take two capsules daily as directed by the manufacturer. Each pack contains 60 capsules, providing a 30-day supply.
Suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and people with lactose intolerance. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have an existing medical condition or are under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How it works
Take 2 capsules daily before breakfast or another meal.
Hifas da Terra recommends taking HIFAS Equilibrium consistently for approximately 3 months, although a healthcare professional may recommend a different duration according to individual needs.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original packaging below 25°C and use within two months of opening.

What is the difference between powder and extract?
Mushroom powder is produced by drying and milling the mushroom material. Hifas da Terra uses cryo-milling at low temperatures for its powders.
Extracts go through an additional concentration process. HIFAS Equilibrium combines concentrated Reishi and Cordyceps extracts with micronised Lion’s Mane powder, providing measured amounts of mushroom compounds including beta-glucans.
Is it necessary to take 'breaks' or can I take the products continuously?
