Description

HIFAS Equilibrium is a premium daily functional mushroom formula created to support balance and everyday wellbeing during busy or demanding periods. It combines concentrated Reishi and Cordyceps extracts with organic Lion’s Mane, alongside natural vitamin C from acerola, bringing three of Hifas da Terra’s best-known functional mushrooms together in one convenient formula.

Each two-capsule serving naturally provides 198mg beta-glucans, 78mg alpha-glucans, 25mg triterpenoid compounds and 1.3mg cordycepin, alongside 12mg of natural vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Emerging human research has also explored Lion’s Mane for areas such as cognitive performance and subjective stress, although research into functional mushrooms is still developing and they should not be regarded as treatments for stress, anxiety or sleep disorders.

Suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and people with lactose intolerance, HIFAS Equilibrium is manufactured in Europe and routinely tested for contaminants including heavy metals and pesticides. Per capsule: Organic Reishi Extract (Ganoderma lucidum, Ganozumib®) 225mg, Micronised Organic Lion’s Mane Powder (Hericium erinaceus, Herimax®) 90mg, Biofermented Cordyceps Extract (Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyzumib®) 45mg, Organic Acerola (Malpighia glabra) 35.29mg and Organic Rice Maltodextrin 26.71mg.

Per 2 capsules: Beta-glucans 198mg, Alpha-glucans 78mg, Triterpenoid Compounds 25mg, Cordycepin 1.3mg, Ergosterol 315µg and Natural Vitamin C 12mg (15% NRV).

How it works

Take 2 capsules daily before breakfast or another meal.

Hifas da Terra recommends taking HIFAS Equilibrium consistently for approximately 3 months, although a healthcare professional may recommend a different duration according to individual needs.

What is the difference between powder and extract?

Mushroom powder is produced by drying and milling the mushroom material. Hifas da Terra uses cryo-milling at low temperatures for its powders.

Extracts go through an additional concentration process. HIFAS Equilibrium combines concentrated Reishi and Cordyceps extracts with micronised Lion’s Mane powder, providing measured amounts of mushroom compounds including beta-glucans.

Is it necessary to take 'breaks' or can I take the products continuously?
