Can you take several mushrooms at the same time?

HIFAS Equilibrium combines Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps in one formula. Follow the label directions. If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional whether the product is suitable for you.

What is the difference between powder and extract?

Mushroom powder is produced by drying and milling the mushroom material. Hifas da Terra uses cryo-milling at low temperatures for its powders.

Extracts go through an additional concentration process. HIFAS Equilibrium combines concentrated Reishi and Cordyceps extracts with micronised Lion’s Mane powder, providing measured amounts of mushroom compounds including beta-glucans.

Is it necessary to take 'breaks' or can I take the products continuously?

Follow the recommended daily dose on the product label. A healthcare professional may recommend a different duration according to your individual circumstances. If you experience unwanted effects, stop using the product and seek advice from a healthcare professional.
