KIKI Health Krill Oil Licaps provide omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in a naturally phospholipid-rich form, alongside choline and astaxanthin. The krill is sustainably harvested from Antarctic waters and carefully processed at low temperatures to help preserve the oil’s natural composition and freshness.
At the recommended two-capsule daily intake, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while naturally occurring choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function. The phospholipid structure distinguishes krill oil from many conventional fish oils, while natural astaxanthin forms part of the oil’s antioxidant profile.

How it works
Adults should take 1–2 capsules daily.
For the intake providing at least 250mg combined EPA and DHA to support normal heart function, take 2 capsules daily.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.

What is krill oil?
Krill oil is extracted from tiny marine crustaceans found in Antarctic waters. It naturally contains EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, choline and astaxanthin.
How is krill oil different from fish oil?
Krill oil naturally carries much of its EPA and DHA in phospholipid form, whereas many conventional fish oils predominantly contain omega-3s in triglyceride or ethyl ester forms. Krill oil also naturally contains choline and astaxanthin.
How much EPA and DHA is in each capsule?
Each Licap provides 89mg EPA and 41mg DHA, giving 130mg combined EPA and DHA per capsule.
How does krill oil support heart health?
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. KIKI Health states that taking two capsules provides more than the 250mg combined daily EPA and DHA intake associated with this beneficial effect.
What does the choline contribute?
