Proceive® Pregnancy Omega 3 is a high-strength fish oil supplement formulated for use throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. Each daily serving provides 2,000mg of fish oil, including 660mg EPA and 440mg DHA, helping provide a reliable source of essential omega-3 fatty acids during a period of increased nutritional demand.
DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants. The formula uses a considered 3:2 EPA:DHA ratio, with fish oil sustainably sourced from anchovies off the South American coast and certified by Friend of the Sea.
Each pack contains 60 softgel capsules, providing a 30-day supply when taking two capsules per day. It can be taken alongside Proceive Pregnancy Trimester 1, Trimester 2 or Trimester 3 and can continue to be used after birth while breastfeeding.

How it works
Take two capsules once per day, preferably in the morning on a full stomach. During pregnancy, Proceive recommends taking Pregnancy Omega 3 alongside the appropriate Proceive Pregnancy Trimester 1, 2 or 3 supplement.
The product can also continue to be taken following birth and while breastfeeding.
