How to use

- Take two capsules once per day.
- Best taken in the morning on a full stomach.
Pregnant? We recommend you take Proceive® Pregnancy Trimester 1, 2 or 3 in conjunction with this product.
After Pregnancy? This product can continue to be used in the weeks following birth and while breastfeeding to support your nutritional needs at this busy time. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA.
