Your Female Ultimate Hormones Check is delivered directly to your door with everything required to collect your samples at home.

Take your samples at the right time
This test requires two samples at different points in your menstrual cycle. Your main hormone sample should usually be collected around day three of your cycle, while the progesterone sample is taken around day 21, or approximately seven days after ovulation. Follow the timing instructions supplied with your kit.

Prepare for your morning sample
Collect your morning sample after fasting for approximately 8–12 hours, with water permitted. Morning collection is particularly important for markers such as cortisol and testosterone.

Return your samples
Package each sample using the materials provided and return them to the laboratory using the included tracked return service.

Your samples are analysed
Your blood is analysed by a medically led, UKAS-accredited laboratory for 17 biomarkers covering reproductive hormones, thyroid function, testosterone, cortisol, insulin resistance, glucose and vitamin D.
