The energy gel tasted a lot nicer than other gels I’ve tried but I really liked the glucose gel as it had a bit of a fizz to it. I really liked them, did what it said on the tin ,and tasted lovely ! I will definitely use some for my training and if there’s any left, I will use them on my half marathon in November and my she ultra in April!!
I have used them and I’ve been pretty impressed. They do the job entirely and in fact the first tempo run I used them on turned out to be my best run in a while. I used three of them on my long run yesterday and I find them easy to take, no problems on my stomach and that they provide what I need. I would be more than happy to promote these to our running club.
The members and coaches who used the gels used it before and during running, high intensity circuits, road biking, mountain biking. Everyone fed back that they loved the taste and found the texture good. One of our coaches usually has some gastro discomfort when using gels but reported that with yours she was absolutely fine! They found it easy to use and would use it again.

Some guys used it for Hyrox training and some for half marathon and marathons. Think it definitely suits the Hyrox/Hybrid training better though.
