Description

What is ARTAH Metabolic Fix?

ARTAH Metabolic Fix is a targeted daily supplement formulated to support healthy blood glucose levels, steadier energy and better control over cravings.

Each two-capsule serving combines eight metabolic-focused ingredients:

Berberine
Chromium
Cinnamon
Fenugreek
Myo-Inositol
L-Carnitine
Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Polyphenol-rich Green Tea Extract

How does the formula support you?

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. The wider botanical and nutrient blend has been formulated to support the body’s response to carbohydrates, appetite regulation and more consistent energy throughout the day.

ARTAH’s own four-week consumer trial involved 112 women. After one week, 94% reported reduced sweet cravings, while 93% reported improved overall energy by the end of the trial. These were self-reported findings from an uncontrolled consumer study rather than a clinical trial.

Important information

Metabolic Fix is for adults aged 18+ and is not a treatment for diabetes or a substitute for dietary, lifestyle or prescribed medical treatment.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding because the formula contains berberine. ARTAH also advises people with Type 1 diabetes or anyone taking blood glucose-lowering medication to avoid the product.

If you have diabetes, another medical condition, take medication, are trying to conceive or are undergoing fertility treatment, consult your GP and fertility clinic before use.

What is ARTAH Metabolic Fix designed to support?

Metabolic Fix is formulated to support healthy blood glucose balance, metabolism, appetite regulation and steadier energy throughout the day.

How does chromium support blood sugar?

Each daily serving provides 100µg of chromium, equivalent to 250% of the NRV. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism.

Does Metabolic Fix contain berberine?

Yes. Each two-capsule daily serving contains 100mg of berberine, alongside chromium, cinnamon, fenugreek, inositol, L-Carnitine, Alpha-Lipoic Acid and Green Tea Extract.

Can Metabolic Fix help with sugar cravings?

ARTAH specifically formulated Metabolic Fix to support cravings and appetite regulation. In its four-week consumer study, 94% of participants reported a reduction in sweet cravings after one week, although this was an uncontrolled, self-reported consumer trial and individual results will vary.

Does Metabolic Fix contain caffeine?

Yes, but only a small amount. ARTAH states that its Green Tea Extract contributes approximately 2mg of caffeine per daily serving, which is substantially less than a typical cup of coffee.

Can I take Metabolic Fix with diabetes medication?

ARTAH advises against using Metabolic Fix if you have Type 1 diabetes or take blood glucose-lowering medication. If you have diabetes or take medicines such as metformin, speak to your GP, pharmacist or diabetes team before taking any herbal or metabolic supplement.

Can I take Metabolic Fix during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Metabolic Fix contains berberine, and current safety guidance advises that berberine should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatment, speak to your GP and fertility clinic before use.

How many capsules should I take and how long does one pack last?

Take 2 capsules daily with food, either together in the morning or split between breakfast and lunch. A pack of 60 capsules provides a 30-day supply.
