ARTAH Metabolic Fix is a targeted daily supplement formulated to support healthy blood glucose levels, steadier energy and better control over cravings. Each two-capsule serving combines eight metabolic-focused ingredients, including Berberine, Chromium, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Myo-Inositol, L-Carnitine, Alpha-Lipoic Acid and polyphenol-rich Green Tea Extract.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism, while the wider botanical and nutrient blend has been formulated to support the body’s response to carbohydrates, appetite regulation and more consistent energy throughout the day. ARTAH’s own four-week consumer trial involving 112 women found that 94% reported reduced sweet cravings after one week and 93% reported improved overall energy by the end of the trial; these were self-reported findings from an uncontrolled consumer study rather than a clinical trial.

Important: Metabolic Fix is for adults aged 18+ and is not a treatment for diabetes or a substitute for dietary, lifestyle or prescribed medical treatment. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding because the formula contains berberine. ARTAH also advises people with Type 1 diabetes or anyone taking blood glucose-lowering medication to avoid the product. Per 2 capsules: Cinnamon Bark Extract (30:1) 600mg, Fenugreek Seed Extract (4:1) 300mg, L-Carnitine 200mg, Green Tea Extract 1:1 200mg (standardised to 185mg Polyphenols and 90mg EGCG), Myo-Inositol 200mg, Berberine 100mg, Alpha-Lipoic Acid 100mg and Chromium Picolinate providing Chromium 100µg (250% NRV).

Also contains Stoneground Brown Rice Flour, Natural Rice Concentrate (NuFlow), Natural Rice Extract (NuMag) and Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

The Green Tea Extract provides approximately 2mg caffeine per daily serving.

Allergen-free and suitable for vegans according to current retailer specifications.

For some women, that journey may eventually include IVF. What is IVF? IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected from the ovaries, fertilised with sperm in a laboratory, and then transferred back into the uterus as an embryo. People pursue IVF for many different reasons, including ovulation disorders, blocked fallopian tubes, male-factor infertility, unexplained infertility, age-related fertility challenges, and family building for LGBTQ+ couples and single parents by choice. Even though IVF has become increasingly common, it can still feel overwhelming when you're experiencing it for the first time. Between appointments, medication schedules, and unfamiliar terminology, there can be a lot to process emotionally and physically. If you're considering IVF or are already preparing to start treatment, here's what a typical IVF timeline might look like. The IVF Timeline: What to Expect Week by Week Weeks 1–2: Initial Consultation and Testing The IVF timeline usually begins with a series of tests and consultations.
